your use of our website, online coding classes, and services. By accessing our
platform and enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these terms. If

1. Eligibility
Our courses are designed for students aged 8 to 18 years.
Students under 13 years old require parental or guardian consent to register.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
2. Course Enrollment & Payments
Enrollment is complete once full payment has been received.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Course
fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
KidsWhoCode reserves the right to refuse enrollment for any reason.
3. Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and positive learning environment, students
must:
Respect instructors, fellow students, and all course
materials. Use appropriate language and behavior in online sessions. Refrain
from sharing personal information or engaging in disruptive activities. Follow
all platform rules and guidelines as communicated by instructors.
Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in
suspension or removal from the program without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All course content, including videos, exercises, and
resources, is the property of KidsWhoCode. Students are granted a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal
educational use only. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or resale of course
content is strictly prohibited.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
KidsWhoCode collects and processes student data in
accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data is stored securely and will
not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally
required. Parents and students have the right to request access to their
personal data or request its deletion.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of a
course are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are provided for
cancellations made after the course has started. In the event of course
cancellation by KidsWhoCode, a full refund or alternative course placement will
be offered.
7. Limitation of Liability
KidsWhoCode is not responsible for any technical issues,
including internet failures, that may disrupt online learning. We do not
guarantee any specific learning outcomes or career advancements. KidsWhoCode is
not liable for any unauthorized use of our platform or content by third
parties.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
KidsWhoCode reserves the right to update these terms at any
time. Continued use of our platform after changes are made constitutes
acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via
email or on our website.
