Dear Parent/Guardian, Thank you for enrolling your child at KidsWhoCode!

To ensure your child gains the most from our courses and to maintain fairness to all students and instructors, please note the following

Attendance Policy:

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

Ensure your child logs in to each scheduled class on time.

Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if your child cannot attend.

Make sure your child has a stable internet connection and functioning device.

📌 Important Notes:

Missed classes are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.

Non-attendance without notice may lead to suspension or removal from the course.

Our instructors will always deliver classes as scheduled, and failure to attend does not void your financial commitment.

We are committed to supporting your child’s learning journey and are happy to answer any questions you may have about scheduling or participation.
